I like this balance. Maybe give Dave a little more airtime but him in the other room combined with a new /old Fez has been a great show. Keep it the way it is. Dave not being in studio moderates him nicely

Seems like they rotated the staff and I'm loving it.
Fez is stepping up, Dave producing from the booth with limited mike time, and Earl relegated to "free safety" which probably means pad data.
This all coincided with Mooch giving his input to Ron and Fez about how the show could be better.
I don't know if this is the case but whatever it is the show has been better off for it
Bravo.

I wonder how much it's Mooch and how much is the new suits over the show.

It's pretty clear that E-Lo and XM management didn't really pay much attention to the show. I wonder if Jeremy Coleman and the new suits are listening more.

Haven't listened since Monday.
I usually catch up on the weekends with some beers and NCAA Football.(both real & video game)
While I have no problem wityh Dave being on the air, it makes me extremely happy to hear we've got Fezzy rocking the mic once again.

Lately, it was becoming the Ron n Dave show,,However Dave is great fer filling in the blanks and that was the problem, Fez was to fuckn quiet. I know when i smoke a joint I zone out, so i think Fezzy must have been smoking some gaggers before the show.

Dave is in the booth, and Fez is Rockin' the mic. I have noticed that little Sam has been in studio about everyday. Maybe he is the 3rd mic dynamic the show needs. He offers good input without shutting Fez down. I think Dave is great for the show but he was on mic way too much.

I am a big Dave fan, I think he add's a lot... but Fez has been really picking it up this week. I think Dave is fun and needs to be on air, but I like him as a real third mic.... Sam... not so much of a fan of him on RandF. Sam works on OandA... he should stay there.

I really thought the boys were on fire this week, I am looking forward to tomorrow.

As a relatively new fan of almost 3 years I think I may have listened to the comparable Fez I hear you longtimers refer to. Great commentary!

Either way, I have loved the show all this week, fucking great! And Richard Belzer was cool today, even though he was just promoting his book.

I wish RF had 2 replays a day so I can catch up on what I miss while working.

Fez has really been picking it up the last week or so. I love ESD, and I do miss him on the air, but I love Fez actually rocking some thought out opinions. He actually is showing confidence in what he says. That was the problem. He would say something, Ron would counter him, and then he would clam up. I don't know if he felt scolded or what.

I remember a Best Of where they were debating whether Boston Market was fast food or not. Ron and Fez were going back and forth and BOTH had great arguments on either side. Fez would bring something up, Ron would disagree, and Fez would actually back up his opinion with examples instead of either repeating or retreating. That's what has been missing, and it looks to be getting back there.

I agree that Fez sounds much better and really does sound on his way back this time.

I also agree that the show is much better with small doses of Dave. I always appreciate Dave's huge effort at all times, but the show is much better with a strong Fez taking the lead.

It's the Ron and Fez Show!

I'm listening to the replay and actually heard an "Oh ga!" from Fez! Yay! We haven't gotten that in forever.
