Opening on December 12th in New York and Los Angeles is writer/director Brian Goodman’s first film “What Doesn’t Kill You”. (http://www.collider.com/entertainment/news/article.asp/aid/9952/tcid/1)

I first noticed Brian Goodman (on the right in pix above) in the excellent, but unfortunatley short lived series, Line Of Fire on ABC a few years back. More recently he's been on Lost. He's got that natural tough guy attitude and he's written this movie about growing up in Boston.

Just based on a few clips the above article has, it seems like it might be a good little movie with a decent cast.

Is that Mark Ruffalo?

Yes, it is and he is excellent in this movie. It's now available for rent. Check it out - it's very good and it's all based on a true stroy.

Great acting all around, especially from Ruffalo and Amanda Peet, who I think played her best role yet. Bahston accent and all.
