I have no XM and I am livid

I listen to Ron and Fez at work via XM Online. I recently cancelled one of my radios, and because it was the primary on my account, it wonked my XM online. Now I can't get into XM Online.

Now I've gone two days without listening to R&F at work. My productivity has increased 500% but my workplace happiness has decreased 1000%.

I emailed them and they got back to me a day later saying they fixed the problem but it still won't work.

This sucks.

You tried calling XM Customer Service lately? They put you on hold forever and the people who you do talk to don't understand your request. When I tried to cancel a radio, they though I was cancelling my entire sub. Twice.

I remember I canceled my sportscaster in the summer because my wife really wasn't interested in XM so I stuck with just the one radio (my SkyFi). After receiving confirmation of the cancel. I continued to be billed for it through december. after an hour of arguing they finnaly said "Well seeing as there is a note in here you did cancel in may. We will credit you're account with the amount owed"
