Weird Neighbors

About 12 years ago I had a neighbor who had a Dr. Pepper vending machine outside on their carport. Never got the story behind that.
How about you, what weirdos and their weird ways have you lived through?

I don't think I've ever had a neighbor with a carport.

That is strange.I would think a Mr.Pibb machine would be outside a carport.

Neighbor lady was a wackadoo. At her sons' first communion they walked side by side down the aisle of the church with a banner that said "Future Popes" on it.
Later, she used some strings, (and a lot of money) to hire Steven Vai to teach guitar to her sons. Another Banner went up across the Garage: "We'll Be Bigger Than Van Halen".
The list goes on.

one semester in college, i had a neighbor that peeled the calloused skin off the bottom of his foot and nailed it to his dorm room door. i didn't even try to figure out why.

I had a neighbor at mine and the ex's first house who was a prescription addict and using workers comp to her advantage. She was raping that company until they photographed her on a motorcycle and was going to pull the funds. I still do not know what happened to that weird bitch, but there were times that she was so hopped up on morphine she could not walk straight.
