Bad Rituals

I realized tonight I have some bad rituals. One started a month ago when I bought this bag of sugar crystals, like rock candy, and its ment for coffee.
I use it for that of course too, but the bad ritual is pouring a small handfull and putting it in my mouth to slowly dissolve. Its like eating candy. I know it can't be good to do, and yet I di it anyway. My friend smokes and she wants to quit and knows its bad, and yet can't seem to shake the habit. I know a lot of bad habits are really just bad rituals. Do you have bad rituals that yoy have a hard time getting away from?

I used to do that with Kandis Zucker which was meant for tea.

I go grocery shopping, load up my truck, and the bag I put nearest to me has the chips. I always open the bag and snack as I am driving home. It is a weird thing I know, but fresh bought chips "call me" on the drive home.

I had that too then I bought sea salt and vinegar chips to beat it. Turns oue S&V are the best.

I dip tobacco during baseball season, and only during baseball season. I start every year on Opening Day and have my last dip when the Yankees play their last game. I started dipping in high school while playing ball and i HATE that i do it, but truthfully there's nothing more peaceful to me then being at the ball park on a warm sping day sitting in the bleachers, having a dip and watching a game.

It takes me like 5 minutes to "properly" drape the seat of a public toilet with t.p. The killer is that if I'm going to take a shit in a public toilet... I really have to go! Stooopid rituals.:flush:

I smoke a pack and a half of marlboro's a day. I drink 3-4 drinks per week. I also stick my finger up random peoples butts for no reason at all. Kiss my sunburned balls. Love the new modquote.

damn my spelling stinks when I drink wine... it wasn't bad but a few ones slipped here and there.




There was another thread about weird things you do; I guess it kinda falls into this rituals category... so as stated then already I never use the top lid off a stack for a coffee soda cup. I usually pick up half of the lids and then take the first one from underneath the top stack. I also take the stack in the back if there are more than 1 stacks.
Can't stand the thought that someone may have touched or breathed onto my lid :)
