Couple of things -

If she did start having the affair less than 2 years after the transplant, that's pretty cold... and heartless.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

Bonus points for Dominic Barbara - representing the HUSBAND this time!

About 8 hours late. Wasn't interesting then either.

He sounds like a baby. I suggest that she counter sue and ask for one of his balls.

I think this was done for shock value because of how messy the divorce is. She had the affair, he wanted counseling.

I caught the video on Yahoo this morning and couldn't stop laughing at Dominic Barbara's short staged controlled tirade this morning ... the outrage.

It is fucked up that you'd give a woman a kidney and then she'd get done with sex with another guy and be like "now I have to go to the bathroom to get rid of some urine that's gone through my husband's old kidney" and then they played footsie and shit.

I'd be upset too.

Wurd.

Dominic looks like he's gotten his weight down and spent some time relaxing in the islands off a bit of Ant's money though.

when I heard it on the news last night it was said that he either wanted the kidney or compensation for the organ as they are fighting over the kids and custody and he is "fighting back".

Well, he certainly can have his ring back, though I think being paid for an organ donation is illegal and it makes me wonder why he thinks his lawyer will get that through.

Hmm, 2 years after, lot's of things can happen in 2 years.. he shouldn't see it as a donation to his wife but to the mother of his children, which if he thinks in the best interest of the children would still be a good reason for having donated it in the first place.

I'm suprised Dominick Barbara took this case, because it seems like he is going to lose. Asking for payment for a donated organ is considered organ trafficking and is illegal. It is also unethical to demand a donated organ back, regardless of the situation. And no surgeon is going to go in and remove the kidney, you cannot perform surgery on an unwilling patient because that would be illegal.
If the woman cheated, even after her husband gave her a kidney, then she is a cunt of the highest order. But the kidney is her's now.
I guess this doctor slept through his Medical Ethics course, or he thinks that ethics don't apply to him.

He seems like the type of douche that held it over her head for two years and drove her to seek someone that didn't constantly remind her that she was forever in debt to him.

I think Freitag has stumbled into the truth here. There is no legal way to be compensated for donating his kidney. The purpose of this stunt is to let the world know that

his wife is, now I'm going to use a bad word here kids, a whoo-acopyright Ron Bennington

and, waddyaknow, it worked.

Dude, fuck her in the hole where my mother fuckin kidney used to fuckin be. That lousy cooz couldn't keep her hole closed after I gave her a fuckin kidney? A kidney. A fucking kidney. He very well could have died trying to give her a kidney and she pays him back not by treating him like the prince he is, she bangs a therapistor some shit? Fuck her right in the hole where my mother fuckin kidney used to be. Give ot back...or a million dollars. That's what I'd say if I were that dude. Even if he doesn't get the kidney or a nickel from it, the whole world knows how shitty of a human being she is. Right in the hole where my kidney used to be.

No one will come out ahead in this case. It is all about the publicity.

I've read a lot of articles on this and they all came with opinions from medical and law ethicists (I know, but law ethicists do indeed exist). The opinion is that he's not going to see a dime (and certainly not his kidney) since donating an organ is considered a gift and you can't sue to get a gift back. I mean, you can, but you won't win.

I do understand the principle of the lawsuit though.

Doesn't mean he can't try and why not show what kind of person she really is and in this world bad press on tv or the papers on you stays forever
