My chick is going in for new boobs on February 4th. She is going in for a final consult with the Dr. tomorrow; so I said to her " Chick, you can't just go in there and say you want new boobs. You need to do some research; look at actual photos and print off some pictures of what you want to have when he is done".

After some fighting over 'C' cup vs 'D' cup (yes, its her body so a 'c' should be acceptable... but it IS my $7000, so a 'd' should be implanted) she finally sent me the photo she is taking into the Dr.

Holy shit! I am soooooo excited for this to go down now!

The only question left is which are harder and feel more fake??? Saline or cohesive gel?

I told her tonight that I want her to get whichever run the higher risk of knocking me out if I miss locate my spear to her midsection when we are play fighting....

Implants suck and never feel right. Now, granted outside of my field I have only really felt up 2 chicks with implants; one with a c who was a c before 2 kids and one who became a D after being a B. Both did not feel right and I did not go further with either one.

What kind of incision is she going for? Is she aware of the TUBA procedure, which goes through the belly button? In my experience, the TUBA procedure is the best way to get this done.

Round saline implants will give you the faker look, while cohesive gels and/or anatomical saline implants will give you the more natural look.

I would personally recommend a round saline implant with an overfill to get that fake look. There's also expanders she can look into as well.

Also, I have to ask - the biggest problem with botched boob jobs is not finding the right doctor and not doing your research. Please tell me you had consults with several doctors or at the very least got some recommendations.

I never understood getting implants just to go to a c-cup. In my experience, girls who get small boobs, unless they are very very petite, just looks really awful. If you're going to get implants, go the distance.

Also, Ramrod, talk to the doctor about replacements if needed and how much he would charge if they get damaged. Some surgeons will allow a single replacement for free.

Big boobs never go out of style. And define "giant". D-cups, even DD-cups, are not that big in the shape of things to come.

Also, ramrod, realize that Surgeons do not implant by cup size. It's CC of saline that is put in. I'm guessing if she's going to a d-cup, you want about 500 cc's of saline depending on what her original size is.

She already went to a D for you, don't make her go bigger. I have natural DD's and they hurt like a bitch sometimes. It's so uncomfortable. Imagine lugging those things around all the time, the back can only take so much!

I don't want to come off as some chick bragging or being ungrateful for what I got, just trying to relay to the guys that it's not so glamorous sometimes and there actually is pain involved in having them so large. It's not all about you boys.

She's going for an incision in her arm pit area

She's Going to go with the gel, the doctor said that with her size the salines will be very hard, but the gels at that size are quite firm... with a 'tinge' of naturalism.

She's had some other procedures with this Dr. and has been very pleased, as well as checking several references.
