You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Thinking of making a pork roast but I have 2 questions

1, I froze one right after buying it about 2-3 months ago is it still safe

2, Should I have my wife leave it on the counter when she comes home for lunch or the fridge

1. Yes it is still good.
2. In the frig for safety purposes.

Have her put it in a pot of water to help thaw it when she gets home, depending on the size it shouldnt take that long to finish thawing out

It's never killed me before, but I've learned that you should never defrost meat at room temperature or in warm water, only in the fridge.

Food Danger Zone is between 41 degrees and 141 degrees.
