No he wasn't.

Regardless of the administration of the oath of office, per the 20th Amendment (http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html#Am20), the terms of office of the President and Vice President began at 12 noon yesterday. The way I read it, Mr. Obama has officially been President of the United States since yesterday, despite not having been properly administered the Oath of Office.

Of course, it would've been nice if Chief Justice Roberts hadn't been such a tongue-tied schmuck.

This particular rumor has been debunked at several sites, including the Chicago Tribune (http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/chi-birth-certificate-30-oct30,0,1742172.story) and Snopes.com (http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/birthcertificate.asp) in addition to having been available as an e-document since June 2008 (http://msgboard.snopes.com/politics/graphics/birth.jpg).

It was dismissed IN FEDERAL COURT this past October.
