besides cutting out crap food he'd normally jam into his snout.
im really proud of him.

cut the carbs and exercise...

I gained like 5 pounds this winter and I can't understand it, I didn't change my diet and I'm trying to lose it to no avail..:wallbash:

yes the underlying principle is eating less and burning more calories overall. but some people don't have that success.
for some they need less grams of carbs, some more etc..
also depending on your job where you spend 1/2 your waking dayn will also depend on your caloric intake vs your energy expenditure.

Thanks, that's good to know... I worked hard for years to turn a 250+ slob into a svelt 175 pounder... I gain a pound here and there I get crazy!
