Sleeves brings entertainment and a lot of talent to the show and it's Ron who plugs his cd/ website, Paul O does not ALWAYS plug Gap when he calls in and I have never heard Deb or Mike call the show to plug the cupcake, it's random listeners that have enjoyed it and call to make mention.
Chris' only reason for being or calling in on the show is to plug or at least that's how he comes across or is portrayed on the show.

Chris, I am relaxed and far from on your girl's back. So I'd appreciate it if you realize I'm not fighting you or ripping on Frenchy, just having a discussion as to the what may or may not have set the stage for this going down the way it has. Chris, you keep bringing up that Kristina's recovery is very important to you. That's very worthwhile. But you also have to understand that as a "heel" on the R&F show, you are a very polarizing figure and open yourself (and your girl) up to criticism.

I did apologize for my comments about Frenchy, even I felt they were mean, but then I also realize that she's got issues that go beyond the drug use, i.e. her comments about me and her comments to New Lilly that were on the air.

When you mix all that together, Frenchy becomes a target because of her association with you. And when you keep harping on it, people keep attacking because they know it pisses you off.

There have been MANY people here who have admitted to things like massive drug use and other things that Frenchy is known for. Hell, one of them admitted to having issues with Ecstasy on sink's board. And what happened? It led into a meaningful discussion about drug use.

It's less about the habit and more about having the image and perception of being an awful person.
