The best thing about that area is that there are tons of parking garages and they're cheap. You can park all night for $20, compared to $40 or more in midtown. There's also a TON of other bars in the neighborhood, so if the Nest is beat we can walk a few steps and find something better.

Rich and I shall be arriving around 9 or 9:30.
