This is pretty bad. Not the beating - it's not Rodney King - but this guy wasn't even fighting back. It was just pure dull power. The cop's hitting the guy just because he can.

(and my father in law was a cop. I'm a fan of cops - except these two)

Just another fucking jarhead bully flexing his authority muscles. That was hardly resisting arrest and even if it was it was the lowest form of resisting and didn't warrant the punches he took. This cop probably bragged about it to his buddies afterward and then went home and jerked off to his own image. Fucking pig.

There is one sequence that looks like he punches him a few times in a row, but theyre not exactly hay makers. Anyone's who's been thrown out of a bar they didnt wanna be thrown out of has gotten alot worse. Looks like the cop got hurt more than the homeless dude.

The cops involved, with 10 and 6 years on the job, have no previous disciplinary actions against them, whereas the homeless guy has been arrested at least once before for... resisting arrest! huh.
