She is indeed lacking in the breastages, but thats not the same thing. She is indeed hot.

Her music however, is not great. I had never heard of her until this thread, but I checked out Love Story and Our Song (which I've posted below, because I think it's the better of the 2).
She's in her 20's, but the lyrics to these songs make it seem like she's 14, imagining what love is all about.

In closing, she's hot. Her music's not.

Ahhhh, 10-4 good buddy. Thank you, that explains a lot. So it's basically a sugary sweet, Lactose-free pop sound assuming a country persona because of things like banjos and steel guitars, while the lyrics are very safe love songs.

In all honesty I don't think she could be any less sexy.

I'm mean she's not Sarah Jessica Parker ugly but there's nothing to her that's remotely enticing.

As for her music, it's the worst.

Her lyrics are ridiculous and like somebody else said they sound like she's in middle school. She also puts words in wierd spots in the lyrics to atempt to make them rhyme.

She's not much of a singer either. The few things I heard of her live her voice was dominated by the music and she didn't seem to be able keep up with the whole thing.

I will say I didn't mind the cover of " Photograph " she did w/ Def Lepard.

Sadly teen girls and house moms are keeping her " relevant " in country music and that bothers me as I enjoy real country music.

Yep, unfortunately, the country music medium has become (like just about everything else) the 12-18 year female demographic. And it is sad - country music is called country for a reason - where did it go? I hate the term that they have been using since Shenia Twain appeared on the scene - "crossover". Producers are making more of this shit to sell to bigger audiences and in the meantime country music has forgotten its "roots" <----another term I hate!

Like Allen Jackson and George Straight said - "there has been a murder on music row"

She seems to recognize the history and tradition that's way bigger than being a pop-star. She doesn't want to be like Jessica Simpson, she wants to be like Kitty Wells.

But you could say it was Garth Brooks who led the real, modern " crossover " back in the early to mid 90's.

The difference there was they were playing his country songs on mainstream radio.

I think it was Faith Hill who opened up the door just before Shania. There was a period there where FH's songs weren't remotely country ( Breathe, Kiss me ).

Then she hit the skids for a while and came back w/ songs abour Mississippi and saying " ya'll " so that she could try and reclaim some of her country credentials.

Thankfully that hasn't worked out as well as she'd.

What's happeneing now is the " American Idoling " of country music where anybody can get signed to a record deal.

They are going after pretty girls ( Julianne Hough, Kellie Pickler, Whitney Duncan, etc ... ) , which is never a bad thing, but the music itself can be very lame.

Country music fans are very loyal while that keeps good singers around it also allows crappy ones to stay too long.

It's always been a problem at the Grammies, though: rather than just letting the nominated artists come out and perform, they jam them all together in this ill-conceived, poorly matched groups that just don't work, often.

I mean, at one point last night, I saw something with Jamie Foxx, Jay Z, and someone else, and it was terrible on its own, but then suddenly Slash came out of nowhere playing guitar. I thought I was high and hallucinating again. I mean, yeah, I'd been huffing Lemon Pledge, but I shouldn't have been that high.
