Yeah, but where do you put up the Poll Choices? Do you have to fill that out before you hit submit?

When you start a new thread, scroll down to Additional Options.

Check the "Yes, post a poll with this thread" box and change the number of options you want. Then hit "Submit New Thread."

Then you will be taken to a page where you can fill out your poll.
