NICE F'N SNOWSTORM, EH?

Weathermen SUCK...I stil have yet to see one goddamned flake of snow this season. Today I go to Walmart to buy blank videos in ocean county and its like we are about to be hit by some atomic blast. Why do people feel the need to stock up on Milk and Eggs for 2-4 inches of snow? Are we really going to be stranded? Do we not have CELL PHONES, SUV's, or even...hmm..BOOTS!??!?! People wake up, and dont give in to the weatherman's hype. Tonite I cant believe the news stations dedicated the first 15 minutes of broadcast time to a rain storm, that lasted for a whole 3 hours...just my humble opinions:-)

Jim, I couldn't agree with you more. People around here act like they have never seen snow before. It's not like we live in the f'n South, we get snow every winter, no reason to flip out over 2 inches.

8 mother loving inches and its still snowing! And I have to work tonight. But its not all bad I shoveled out 3 neighbors. after lunch I help the rest out as well. HEAVY STUFF!

Here in CT, I didn't see one flake. I have no idea what it did overnight, but there was no snow when I woke up. I'm pretty sure it poured rain for much of the night though, because it was pretty loud.

I'm out in OKC right now, and these people freak out if there's even the hint of snow.
But it gets cold. the day i arrived it was 10F.

bit now it's in the 50's; returning to the teens next week. i can stand these drastic changes.

I live in Bergen county and we didn't even get slush. The snow hit the ground and it just like evaporated. Only a very small amount is on the grass.

OOH, as of like 5 pm, wall twp NJ has an inch of slush on the grass!! Woohoo, I think Ill put on my latex gloves and construct a slushman, and call him Crazy Amoeba Dude.
