i followed Dr. Steve's advice and have not been washing my hands very much anymore and i also have been using some airborne and so far i felt like i was gonna have a cold twice but i didn't

I use Purel here at work and wash my hands many times during the day(Mostly because I handle lead for much of the day). No cold yet this season!

Neti Pot is king. Though make sure the water isn't too hot: used mine last night, water was a bit too warm...I just woke up bleeding out my nose. I think I've destroyed my sense of smell.

Other than that, it's a great thing to do.
