To be truthful, however, I fully comprehend that stress is the greatest cause of premature aging and death when it comes to our species, not what we ingest. I enjoy life and embrace the world around me rather than buying into the latest "expert" opinions on living well.

Being completely honest with yourself and flowing with the changes in the world will do more for your health and well being than any specific diet ever could.

I guess "back in the day" is different for each and every one of us; it not only depends on our age, but when we perceived "the day" to be. Some may think of early childhood as the best time of their life, while others would point to high school. Maybe college was the highlight of some peoples lives.

I, on the other hand, refuse to think of specific periods of my life as "the day."

I enjoyed each and every stage of my development and continue to do so.

I believe with all my heart that my 40's will be the best time of my life, only to be exceeded by my 50's, then my 60's, then my 70's, and so on.

By refusing to dwell in the past and illogically believe that I can bring the world back to the past I am able to happily thrive and survive. I hope you can do the same.

Unfortunately, Jug, there's no easy answer. These difficult economic times have been trying for all of us in the sales game. If people aren't buying, there's little you can do to increase your numbers.

For the time being, concentrate on pushing quality used vehicles and lower priced vehicles. Stress the gas mileage of cars such as the Aveo and Cobalt to your prospective customers.

It all depends on the kind of driving you do. If you drive in the city where you do a lot of braking, for example, I'd favor the ferro-carbon because they do not heat up as much and will be easier on your rotors.

The truth is that I am a flaming heterosexual. I just happen to ascribe to the belief that gay humor = funny. I also believe it helps others lose their homophobia, and if we're ever going to destroy biases of any kind I think humor is an important tool.

As far as being "mildly entertaining" as you say, I cannot control what others think of me. Some love me, some hate me, others are indifferent. I can't concern myself with it. I merely walk my path, being honest with others and myself along the way, and let the chips fall where they may.

Even though he gets his balls busted regularly for being rather frugal, it seems Fez is more than willing to treat the entire crew of the show to quite expensive dinners at various NYC restaurants. Not knowing him extremely well outside of the show, I can't give an opinion as to how true Fez's "so cheap" reputation really is.

Although Fez has never come out and stated his sexual preferences, I think most of us have made up our own minds as to his proclivity. Whether or not Fez's (or anyone's) sexual orientation is due to nature or nurture is anyone's guess, as I believe both cases come into play in most people's lives. Again, I don't feel comfortable venturing a guess as to the "why so gay" part of the question.

I think it's a fairly well known fact that unlike men, women are their most attractive in their late teens and twenties. The effects of age ravage them rather than add to their character.

Hormones are the main culprit, followed by childbirth and the downside of being the fairer sex.

Every once in awhile a woman comes along who defies the odds, but for the most part they hit the wall (face first) at age 30.

It's a personal preference, SatCam, but I prefer Dove soap with moisturizers. I have extremely dry skin, and while I've tried some body washes that were pretty good in that area, they're far too expensive when you figure out how long they last compared to a bar of soap.

I also like my cleansers to be perfume and fragrance free. The same goes for my laundry detergent. I'm not a fan of overpowering aromas or scents.

I think that if you're going to cover another musician's work, it's imperative that it has some of your own personal flair in there. If it doesn't, what was the reason for remaking it in the first place?

For example, my band recently decided to cover The Rolling Stones classic "Let It Bleed." I made a decision to not listen to the song at all until after we played in live on stage, that way the solo I played would be mine, not Keith Richards'.

No matter; they've all come from the same place - a small clothing store in Island Pond, Vermont.

My friends and I would rent a cabin up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont for 2 weeks every summer and fish all day and night. It's a gorgeous area of the state, and our cabin was a 25 minute ride from Island Pond. The entire town consisted of a small grocery store/gas stations, a sporting goods store, a hardware store, and the clothing store with the wolf shirts. It was owned and operated by a bunch of old hippies who lived in a commune.

For whatever reason, it became an annual tradition to buy a wolf shirt from them every time I was up there.

The last of them is now old, faded, and full of holes. Perhaps I'm due for another trip up there.

What is the worst hotel/motel you stayed in? For me it was a Motel 3 in Latrobe, PA. I went to go see Wilco play at some Catholic college with a buddy. The room was terrible and would you believe it, the floor was a better option to sleep on than the bed. I was scared. Also, did you know in the great state of PA, you can buy beer in a 6 pack from the bar. However, the hole in the wall bar that was across from the motel we stayed at was built on a camper trailer so all they had was Bud Light. That bar was not al that great either. We asked for the slices of pizza but didn't see an oven. They just put that cafeteria pizza into a toaster oven that smoked more than the bartender (hahaha). She was nasty too and I think I heard her say "warsh" and "winjuhs".

To be honest (and I know this will absolutely horrify many Stones fans, particularly A.J.) I could never stand Mick Taylor's guitar tone. I think it's hideous. I realize the Stones put out some of their greatest albums during his tenure with the band, but I think that speaks more to the time period than Taylor's contributions.

Of course Brian Jones was incredibly influential (and the founding member) and an amazingly talented musician, but for my money no one ever meshed as well with Keith as Woody. I only wish he was there earlier.
