I think that Dave has found his balance on the show. I think most people see him as trying to shove Fez out of the picture but the past couple of weeks, as Fez has talked more, Dave hasn't tried to jump all over him and top him. He adds where he's needed, and I think it plays pretty good on the air. I will go along with this, and say that Dave is a team player. Loyal to a fault as Ronnie B. would say.

not sure how Sirius operates, but most companies have annual or semi annual job evaluations and only give merit increases and bonuses at those times, or when a change in job title is made due to a promotion at any time throughout the year...
I agree he should probably not just have the title and salary of a producer but also on air talent.
I was always amazed how little money Earl was making when they mentioned it on air... it can't be easy to live in the city nor in NJ.
