Stern with Ben Stiller >>> O&A with Ben Stiller.
I have no idea how you can think that O&A have evolved for the better. O&A were best at WNEW; since then they've been way less consistently good.
I probably will still will listen to O&A and not pay for Stern, but what's true is true.

It was a typo. Personal issues that aren't discussed on the show should stay personal. If Frenchy brings up her issues on the show and people discuss it as part of their discussions of the show, fine.
But if insulting a person on personal issues that the member does not bring up on the show is something we should avoid.
calling someone a whore out of nowhere is not "commenting on a topic".
whoa... i never called anyone a whore or addressed anyone calling someone a whore... i was asking for clarification from eli on commenting on a topic from the show can become a personal attack

Except the comment wasn't about the whore post - which would apply.
It was a question about the painkiller problem that was talked about on-air. Although I think it is insensitive and douchey to bring up that stuff, it was talked about extensively on the air and could technically be fair game.

A few years ago walking home from a bar, a guy pulled a knife on me and demanded money. Luckily, a passing car scared him.
It was probably 2:30 am.
Every now and then when I am walking in my neighborhood when dark, I look over my shoulder compulsively.
Middle of the night stuff is the scariest.
I woke up in the middle of the night seeing the reflectioon of the Wii light flickering..
and thought my house was on fire..
Also my vertical blinds were shit and would fall in the middle of the night.. I thought a SWAT team was crashing through the windows.
