I chew and then swallow everything, shell and all. I like the taste of it, although, I'm sure that the shells act as shrapnel going through my intestines.
Seriously. I'm not going to go through all that work for such a small seed.

I used to swallow when I was a kid. Then my asshole couldn't take the shredding and I wised up. I'm a spitter now.

I needed a root canal and tons of other work.

I promptly put the seeds down and went back to cigarettes.

When I did indulge, however, I spit. The shells taste like shit.
