We are not trying to protect any one person. This board has existed for a long time as we are running things now. We allowed criticism. We are not enforcing positivity, regardless of how you try to spin it. The problem is that this place started to get overrun by people who because they were looking for attention from the show, started acting like dicks. repeatedly. We are reigning that in, which is our right. That's the way the board has been up until about a month ago. If you don't like it, there are many boards more suited to your demeanor.

In all of this overdramtic discussion, I find myself sitting back and laughing. I'm a huge fan of the show. To me, everyone is an important piece of the show(Ron, Fez, Dave). So I find it strange when other fans can't totally understand the "works" that go on over the course of the show. Some fans take this way to seriously, and can't seperate reality from entertainment. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy easily the best show on radio.

I also find it funny that certain posters/higher ups(mods/veteran posters) who are going with the whole "stop being so negative with Fez" gimmick, and the "lets make this board more positive" gimmick, fail to point out the Fez Ratley picture on the very front of this website. Kinda hypocritical in the world of the overdramatic posters. Yes it's a joke. But so is everything else that's said on/about the show. I mean, did chuckwagon really do anything that bad. LOL, it's funny how overblown that whole thing was.

I don't tend to be very negative when it comes to the show. I like it the way it is most of the time. But this anger towards people who are negative is silly. This includes Ron, Fez, Dave, and all the posters who are lashing out against negativity. Let people express themselves. The last thing we need big brother regulating what we can say. Be secure with your own opinions, and everthing will be just fine.

i don't see how there was no peace being kept, therefore the insignificance of your original post. and trust me i've seen the disgusting things said about me, people tend to send ya links and screen caps when you're being talked about...when i say people i really mean friends. really not that big of a deal. i've been talked about in the worst possible ways and in the best possible ways so it does not effect me as i've already pointed out. and DUH obviously it's not the same board it was back in 2001 or me and a whole bunch of other people would regularly be posting here. there's several reasons why i don't actively post and one of them is the shift of ALL of the community forums, not just this one.
