did you read the link I posted?
it did not say that the blacks didn't do well under stress; it said that the differential in racial results doesn't make a prima facie case - you need to look further to see if there are job related issues. Had New Haven done more research into it, they may have been able to strike down the test.

there are examples of tests that give some people an advantage over others; this time they did not prove the advantage.

I never said the article said that, but testing does bring forth stress, some people dont react well under stress, you would think they would want people that do well under stress in those positions.

And its well documented that testing causes the body to go into stress mode equivalent to the fight or flight mode of high pressure situations.
