I ripped my last pair of contacts, and I don't have glasses anymore, and I have to wait until Monday until I can get my prescription and get some lenses.

My vision's decent enough to still get around tonight, but trying to watch TV, or type this message, is proving quite the chore.

Isn't there some home vision surgery I give myself with a screwdriver and WD-40?

That sucks. You could go to a drug store and get a pair of those cheap reading glasses they have on the rack, there might be a pair that will work good enough for you to watch TV. Or you could go by a huge TV.

I've been wearing contacts for 30 years but have always had a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses.
