Right, what Ron should do is spend another 3-4 years of his life coddling a grown man who has been collecting 50% of a paycheck for doing less than 1% of the work. Or maybe he should let Fez carry the show for a segment. I think the problem is definitely that Ron doesn't try to include Fez enough right? I think if those questions were addressed to Fez, he would most certainly have something funny or engaging to say. I'm sure he wouldn't lock up. Or maybe I have missed where Fez has been dying to jump in. I certainly can't get enough of his hilarious tag lines which include "right" "mmhmm" "yeah" "oh definitely." They crack me up every single time.

The fact is the show grinds to a halt because Fez doesn't stand up for himself or roll with it in any way. The only time he can talk nowadays is about gay marriage, arguing against people's rights, and to run himself down, call himself crazy, and to do it in a completely nonhumorless way. He doesn't seem to have any desire to do this radio show, and frankly, lately it sounds like neither does Ron. It's even more glaring as I flip between WNEW/WJFK shows and the constant quick back and forth to then listen to my newly recorded Sirius shows where it's one day disinterested and the other panicking in a corner because his old fucking mother doesn't like gay people.

Might help him and might be interesting to to hear a "tourist's" take on it. After all, Fez is still new to NYC.

Its only my opinion but I liked the show more when ESD was the butt of the jokes or the whipping boy. Dave adds to the show but I enjoyed when he was not in a position of dominance over Fez siding with Ron.
