Upon arrival, the officers heard the sounds of a struggle and voices coming from inside. The officers yelled for someone to open the door, and were greeted with a profane comment by a man in the residence. The officers had to kick and push the door open; the man inside was pushing against the door for more than 80 seconds. Once they gained entry, the officers said the suspect did not comply with their demands to get on the ground and stop resisting.I am sure there was a lot of incriminating detail in the police interview for the other officer to go and delete it.

No matter how he resisted, does it warrant the use of a taser on a suspects genitals? I am sure there are plenty of proper ways to use a taser to get him to comply.

I bet that suspect jumps the next time a cop yells jump. Wow! I do not understand why there were not criminal charges against officer #3, maybe just not enough of a violation of the man's rights?

I would say though that part of me wishes this happened to more criminals.
