I personally don't really care, I'm not one to make a deal of it. I've never even made any kind of "hey I made my 437th post" type thread. But Heckler, maybe since you are above 4000, perhaps people are just trying to be more like you. Buying "Stairways to Heaven" perhaps? The world may never know.

i would like a higher post count. but sometimes i really dont think i want to post on the anal arguement although i have been following the saga.
i also dont know if twix is a cookie are candy..i dont know. i mean its not a fault of mine but they just dont teach that in college or maybe i missed out bc i went to the convent..
and other times when i feel really eloquent and post worthy ..well ..the board is down...
im not making excuses..im just saying...

Funny thing those post counts. When everyone around you is reaching 1k and youre stressin' cause you just wanna have 1000, they mean everything. Once you get to 1000 you realize its not too big of a deal. Very anticlimactic. Stay a pervert forever!

"Post Counts" analysis is best performed using a standard Multiple Regression equation. In a multiple regression, a series of independent variables (below shown as X) when considered together determine the result of the dependent variable, Y. Our basic formula is

Y = A + BX1 + CX2 + DX3 + EX4 + FX5 + GX6 + HX7 + IX8 + U

Where:
Y = Post Counts
X1 = Hours Spent Online
X2 = Typing Speed
X3 = Computer Literacy
X4 = Need for Attention
X5 = Self-Esteem
X6 = Use of message boards as a personals website
X7 = Number of non-boardmember friends
X8 = Penis Size (will equal zero for most female boardmembers)
A = The intercept term (the value of Y if all X equal zero)
B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I = Coefficients (weights) of the X values
U = Error Term

The purpose of the coefficients is to determine whether the X variable positively or negatively impact the Y variable, and to what degree. For example, a high positive value for B means that the hours spent online (X2) has a strong positive impact on the number or posts (Y). The intercept A is the number of posts if all the independent variables have no impact on the post counts (ie X=0 for all X).

After gathering all the data together for the RonFez.net membership community, I have calculated the following formula:


Y = 15 + 31.43X1 + 1.24X2 + .98X3 + 45.23X4 - 192.43X5 + 9.32X6 - 236.65X7 - 30582037534.34X8 + U

Conclusion:

The number of post counts increase substantially with increasing time online and increasing need for attention. Post counts increase less significantly the more one views the board as a dating service (I expected this to be higher, but I believe the G-Vac effect reduced the impact. This says that once G-Vac started sleeping with every woman on the board, hope was lost for everyone else). There is a slight increase in posts based on typing speed and computer literacy. Things reducing the number of posts are higher levels of self-esteem, more friends outside the RonFez.net community, and far and away the biggest reason some people don't post as often is having a very large penis.
