Self Absorbed Biggirl

ok...this has been bugging me for a week. Two someones recently called me self absorbed. I don't care about that cause I can handle it. I just got to thinking if I really was self absorbed....I think I am. I need lots of attention. I drive everyone crazy that I meet. I feel bad about that. I don't want to be self absorbed...I care about so many people and am more interested in them than myself. I just like to be with people whether talking about me or them.

I kinda feel bad right now too because I am soooooooo bored at home. I said earlier that I didn't want a job, but after getting some advice from a good friend I realized I need to get out.

So I am on my 2nd interview for a job tomorrow and am re-enrolling in college for this fall. I am super excited about it...maybe I was scared I would fail my kids, but I think I am failing them by being home full-time right now.

I just wanted to share all of this with whoever wants to read it. I like to write things out. I also wanted to thank my friend. They know who they are. I wouldn't be doing this w/o his/her help.

I know what forum this is in, but like all of my other posts/threads...I like jokes. They don't bother me in the least. Really.

Not trying to be an ass, but this would make more sense if it was..."I'm self absorbed, so I've decided to do something to give back to society"

Good luck the 2nd interview tomorrow BG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are going to kick their asses. And I don't see it as being self-absorbed, as see it as someone writing about their experiences. To me a self-absorbed post would be "Am I pretty" "Don't I look awesome in this picture" etc.

it's all about balance. I don't see you as self absorbed but more an attention seeking person. Some people are just like that, usually gemini from my experience... You are giving and caring at the same time, so don't worry about that so much.

I am glad you are getting out and changing your life a bit by starting work and college as well.

Don't worry too much about whether you are self absorbed or not... at least you are not a selfish prick!
