I just got home from my cabin in time to hear the show.

We had a crazy storm yesterday out there that caused my cabin to lose power as well as wind and lightning strikes taking out trees making the roads impassible.

And at the end of the day, that's the point. Ron & Fez are Dave's bosses. Its their show, not Dave's.

Has Fez been great the last couple of years? No, he has had issues. And Dave has been awesome in making up the slack. However, Dave can't treat Fez like some kind of third-rate schmizz-bo and get away with it.

This seems to be the same way that Dave treated Earl.

But Ron was behind the entire bit and Dave didn't say ANYTHING until Ron directly asked him "What do you think about this Dave?" Even then, Dave just joined in and made a comment or two - he didn't attack Fez he just made the same kind of comments that Ron and the callers were making.

you keep forgetting that this is a radio show and not a typical office boss & employee relationship. A lot of the tense situations come from bits that were played and fed into by all three parties at the same time and end up going sour by Fez' sensitive (or should I say insensitive) behavior.
This is not about respect to a boss but a way a bit is turned and twisted into a bitter fight every time.

Someone already said that Fez reacts to Ron's jokes in the bit the way he should and takes Dave's and turns sour.
That being said it is STILL a radio show and there are a lot of bits going on that don't reflect their professional off air relationship as much as their personal relationships.

Dave has worked hard for the position he has on the show, stop making it seem like he is ungrateful, he deserves to be where he is.
