For a little while. The Apple-Wine-Diet Coke diet doesn't have much protein in it, and is deficient in a ton of vitamins and minerals.

you could live on the calories alone for some time, but eventually you'd die of malnutrition. If you want a more detailed answer, we could research what the constituents of apples are (we can neglect the wine and diet coke as being pretty worthless nutritionally) and see what diseases you'd end up with if that's all you ate.
