Hangovers suck, and red wine hangovers are the worst. This may indeed stem from sodium metabisulfite which is added to wines to arrest yeast growth, but may also be from the tannins and other chemicals that make red wine taste and look "red".

Why you have increased sexual desire when you feel so bad may be a psychological thing, or it may simply be how your brain reacts to alcohol withdrawal. Me, I get anxious and depressed. You get laid. You're the lucky one. :smile:

We talked about hangovers before HERE (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=71664). It's basically still a mystery; there's little money being spent on medical research into hangovers and their effects.

9/10 hangovers and im more than ready to go the next morning. I guess it started in college as it was part of the routine. Go out at nite, wake up w/ morning sex, then sandwiches...now im like pavlov. I wake up and I want sex and a taylor ham egg and cheese and/or cheeseburger.

Yea man, thats how it used to be for me before i was dumped like a sack of worthless shit by my ex. We would get drunk, have crazy drunk sex, wake up thinking about it, fuck, then have a hangover. It still happens to me when I drink, thats why I sleep with my dog. I thought I was the only one this happened to, thanks guys.
