I believe that Dave & Casey (not to mention Opie, Mikeyboy, Julianna, Stanly, Sam, but not Erock) are devil worshiping cannibals. Their plan is to drive Fez to madness and murder him, fake a note saying that he would jump off a bridge somewhere so it look like a suicide and then eat his heart, thereby gaining his comedic powers.

I'm not sure if stents are digestible though.
