Actually our bones are designed for the Earth's gravity. It's only through constant compression and expansion (physical activity) that our bones maintain themselves and grow/heal. On the moon or is space we would all go through severe bone mass loss, unless we create artificial gravity or exercise using weights(lots of weights).
