Usually the way my life has been, I either had a really good start to the year and then a shitty ending, or vice-versa.
This year? Good start...and an even better carry over to the second half. I just got a new job, that combined with my part time one I have been doing will be a good money time for me too. I will always do Mortgages part time (which makes me a 3 job man I guess) and that will always be nice side $$$.

I found a great girl, have a new niece and the way the rest of the year is shaping up...I just look forward to the future more now then ever.
