Do we as human being need a structured society, work day, etc. to be truly happy, or would we find more joy in living with no rules?

Without structure we'd lose most of the amenities and advances we've made as a human race. Who'd take out the garbage, maintain roads, build cars, cure diseases, etc ?

That would make me unhappy.

I think yes. I started to feel like a fucking bum during vacation. Maybe it was the drugs alcohol and public transportation, but I was still glad to be back at work. Although I dont have a set schedule at work so I'm not really sure.
