You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

obviously no one if Furtherman is still stuck as the mod for the fitness forum, yet sailor gets the off topic forum. let's add to that there is still no mod for the "everything ron/fez" forum.

we knew the old regime was slipping. this new one here is just as bad if not worse.

The mod for a forum means that the identified mod gets the reports for that forum. If there is no mod for a forum, such as Everything Ron & Fez, everoyone of the mods gets the reports.

So it's not like that forum is getting neglected.
