recently i started working from home
in my old job id be on my feet all day.
now im home walking around my house barefoot mostly on the hard kitchen tile floor.
at night my legs have been achey.
is that why?
please give me a succint answer in a timely fashion

clomping around in bare feet can indeed cause achy legs. Our soft and pampered feet and legs are used to the cushion that shoes provide.

There's nothing really wrong with going barefoot, however, unless you have falling arches and need the support.

If you think you have an arch problem, a podiatrist (a doctor who specializes in foot problems...they rule) would be a great place to start.

While by no means fat I'm almost double your cut off for showing bare toes and they're not even remotely gross. I get a few pedicures a year (and no even though I've been fucked in the ass once I'm not a fag) and it keeps the dogs looking sexy as hell. No odd bumpy callouses, yellow nails or other odd sights.

Exactly, its all about maintenance. I rarely go barefoot but live in sandals as long as there's no snow on the ground and that beats up the feet. But like you said, scrub and moisturize and all is good.

I also have a few pairs of Nike Free's from when they came out and they were sesigned to mimic barefoot walking and running. The toe seperation seems an interesting style, but I am not sure its necessary. I imagine it might splay the toes more than they would ordinarily, but I also see benefits, like avoidance of hammer toes etc. Can these be tossed in the washer and dryer? Otherwise, they could get a little funky. Hehehe
