What is your favorite "XM Fez" moment? [Archive]

A lot of people openly pine for the "good ol days", but I will turn this on it's ear and ask - what is your favorite Fez moment of the XM-era only?

I mean, R&F have been on SiriusXM for about 4 years now, which means they've been on XM longer than WNEW.

So what's your favorite moment?

Mine is the "Southern Man/Nature Boy" break from last year (I think... maybe August/September 2008?) when Fez got drunk and then the entire studio started singing "American Girl". It's weird, I was never a huge Tom Petty fan, but when that song got busted out and the entire studio started freaking out, it put a huge, huge smile on my face.

Fez & Elfish go to Graceland. And even the run-up to that event when Fez kept betting against the Redskins every week until they finally beat the Bucs in the playoffs. Classic.

If you listen it was more like 3 seconds, but it definitely felt way longer. Great little stunt there.

i re-listen to old shows during the day at work, and i'm just up to the day before the superbowl. can't wait to hear the post-graceland story again.

the whole 2 months of the elfish-fez bet was hilarious stuff. i forgot that elfish's mom was supposed to take the trip with them :laugh:

it's also the same timeframe where Harry left the show for his sabatical and ESD unofficially joined the show, btw.

I hate to admit this, but . . . some of my favorite XM Fez moments have been when he started crying over something really unimportant. I hope this doesn't make me a bad person, but that stuff really makes me laugh so much.
I laugh because the reactions are so inapropriate to the situation, not because I want Fez to be sad. I've been listening since 2001 and love the guy.

It was right after the ESD vs. Midnight Rider fight.
Fez "quit" the show, and called all the listeners Pieces of shit with headphones. Ron and Dave were gonna call it Tin Machine.
Fez got off his deathbed and stormed the studio, and they had Bronx Johnny on short security.
Fezzie was screaming in Spanish, and trying to push his way in.

Best Fez moment ever.
