You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Hey Dr Steve, love you love the show. On the impromptu show you did last weekend you mentioned a CD that would be good to use resistance bands to. I was driving and couldn't write it down, can you please tell me the name?

it's called P90

you can get it at amazon, or even from the weird medicine store.

level 2 P90 is like 23 minutes a day. Easy to do and a GREAT workout.
