With all the crap I am responsible for on a day to day basis, the rf.net Weird Medicine forum always seems to get short shrift.

I post one of these mea culpa posts every once in awhile.

I just want you all to know that I really do enjoy having a place here, and I'm sorry I let these questions get so backed up. I have no other excuse except that I am just an awful moderator.

If I could just find a job that lets me fart around on the internet for just a few hours every day, I'd keep this forum up-to-date every day. :smile:

Not a bad idea! PA John is worse than I am; some guy emailed me months ago just to ask about going to PA school, and John just now answered him after about three "hey did you ever email that guy?" emails from me.

I have no interest in "doctor radio"; they put so many restrictions on themselves that I'd be totally hamstrung. 202 offers the freedom to basically do the show I want to do (there ARE restrictions, but nothing compared to "doctor radio".) The fact that you said "I never listen to it..." tells me all I need to know. :smile:

And congrats on checking yourself for ball cancer! it's the easiest cancer screen a guy can do and it saves lives.

There's a medical show broadcast on our local all news/talk station call "wise quacks" (get it....quacks as in bad doctors, oh thats soooo funny....ick) that I'm not sure is produced locally or syndicated and its fucking awful with its hackery and douche baggery. Would fit in perfectly with jocktober.

Wow...restrictions on a service that I pay for and is not run by the FCC...Thank god for the merger...YUCK!!

Did not think of the stronger restrictions on a medical channel, so stick with 202...and keep hanging up on VOS.
