Goats milk tastes worse than soy, but soy is loaded w/ problems as well....somthing to do w/ estrogen or.... dean edell was talkn about it.

goat cheese is fine. the milk is not much worse than soy but it does have lactose and if you are allergic it's kinda not going to work for ya
