Dr Steve, I noticed the thread titled "Tetanus Shot" and I cant see it or where it was moved, but I wonder how long its suppose to be between shots? I cant remember the last time I had it. Dont they last like 8 years or something?

Without a "dirty" wound, the accepted interval is a tetanus shot every 10 years.
If you step on a nail and fall into a pile of cow shit, you need a tetanus booster if it's been 5 years since your last tetanus shot.
hope this helps.
I try to get my shots "on the 10's" to remind me. So I last got mine in 2000, I'll get my next one in 2010.
your pal,
steve
