An Indain guy were I work goes to Patel Bros Moe, and he got me these frozen naan type batter disks, and what you do is put them in a frying pan on low heat and flip them every few minutes and they puff up and get all flakey. They taste almost like filo dough. Man, they are fantastic.

Try these things, they are frozen, 5 in a pack for 99 cents. No oil or butter needed. Just warm the pan and place the disk on it and it starts browning and puffing up.
It says Malasian Paratha by a company called Swad. Its amazing how simple and good they are and so cheap and easy.

Satcam, its not really a thread about snow, as much as it is an observation about overeating because a lot of us are choosing to stay indoors because of the weather. I honestly never go into a thread that I find redundant and state my feelings. I just move on.
