I hate Websleuths

One of my hobbies is reading about true crime. There's a site called "Websleuths" that has people reacting to various true crime across the country.

What makes me hate the site is the following:

1) An overly rampant Christian theme. A lot of the posters there truly believe that prayer will solve murder cases. The constant talk about prayer really grates on my nerves.

2) If you think I talk about myself, there's a poster who consistently talks about how her kids were molested. EVERY SINGLE THREAD about kid touchers, this bitch chimes in and re-hashes what happened to her kids, and goes on for paragraphs w/o getting into a true discussion aboutthe case at hand.

3) Idiots. There was an abduction in Phoenix, and someone thought they were all smooth using google to claim the kidnapper had killed before and screaming about why he was back on the street - when if someone looked simply at the dates of the document, it wasn't the same person, just the same name. Then they start to talk about how they are confused.

4) Rush to judgment - There was a case that looked like child abuse and all of them went off on this guy, when it turns out there was no child abuse - so the DA, coroner, and police all agree there is no evidence to pursue the case - what makes you think you're STILL right, armchair detective?

Perhaps I need to bring my special brand of dickery to that site.

Blech. They do indeed need some dickery, but they would only pray for you and call you a liberal. Just the right amount of dickery, and you could very well be labeled as "what's wrong with this country today". Think you could handle the honor?

There's the one side of rage I get from reading about the dark side of humanity, especially if kids are getting hurt.

at the moment, for reasons lending to loans ive taken out for school when i was younger and medical expenses, and until those are paid back I have no choice. But that doesnt make my personality any less of a man. This is about personality, and your inability to stop reading things you hate. The fact that I made stupid mistakes when I was 20 that Im paying for doesnt make you any less of a pussy.
