Saturday I was in a shop I buy soda and beer at all the time and I am friendly with the guy behind the counter in a non sexual platonic kinda way. So we are shooting the breeze as I am paying for my purchase..he gives me 4 bucks back, I tuck it back in my pocket..we are still talking and I am getting ready to leave and he hands me another four..I don't notice continue to talk and pocket the additional 4. I leave and go home and I reach into my pocket and pull out 8 dollars..now I know my change should have only been 4..but I'm too embarassed to go back and give the guy the 4 bucks back.

Next time you go for your soda, beer and blowjob tip the guy a extra four bucks. Everyone walks away happy and the karmic balance has been returned.

I'm just playin. I found a 100 dollar bill on the ground last week. I kept it, because am I going to walk around town asking people if they dropped a hundred dollar bill?

This is kind of related. The other day I went to burger king and went through the drive-thru. I orded the tenders meal and my friend ordered two whoppers. We get back to his house to enjoy our food and I look in the bag. The whoppers are there and the fries to my meal are too. The tenders are nowhere to be found though. I debated not going back but I decided to go because I spent the money and I wanted my food. I go in and tell them and they give me another complete meal. I go home happy.

Kind of related.

I stand by my comment in that thread.

What is with you guys and giving money back? Maybe its just where I grew up, but if you lucked out and some extra money came your way accidentally, you chalked it up to good luck and went along your way. Giving it back would do nothing but get you laughed at and called a sucker.

So if you got shortchanged you would just leave and chalk it up to bad luck?

When you grow up, you will actually enjoy doing good things.
