Oh I have taken a shit load of opiates, and I am currently on ORT . You are probably opiate naive and don't have a tolerance but if you have a opiate tolerance and take morphine orally you won't get high. When you take Morphine orally it only has like a 40% bioavailability. That means only 40% of the dose reaches the central nervous system. Morphine is more effective when taken via IV.

Be careful with the opiates it usually starts out with just a few pills here and there and next thing you know you develop a tolerance and pills become expensive so you decide it's cheaper to use heroin and then you're making trips to Patterson or Newark 2 or 3 times a day so you can IV 2 bundles (20 bags of Heroin) into your arm despite the consequences.

Vicodin, hydrocodone, only comes in 5mg, 7.5MG and 10MG with various levels of Acetaminophen. So no offense, but you were probably taking 5/500, which is 5MG of hydro and 500 of tylenol so whether it was 20MG or 40MG of hydro you were taking, that's really not a big dose.

If you really want to go opiate high go to 40MG - 80MG oxys and smash the time release or go Dilaudid, Hydromorphone, and put it under your tongue instead of taking orally they you will be the cool guy and everybody will think you are rad. I never said he was "cool" for doing them, but the fact that his stories are dead on to ANYONE that has ever done drugs I can relate to. 13 Vics = 6500MG of APAP, which is a toxic level to your liver. Can it be done and not go wrong, maybe, but changes are you are going to get sick and do damage to your liver with that much APAP. If a person wants to take 13 Vic for the hydrocodone, then they would be smart enough to realize they need to do a cold water extraction (google it) to remove the Acetaminophen and just get the opiate and be safe. Mushrooms is like a cartoon, Ecstasy everything looks normal, but it felt like my sense peaked like when I was on mushrooms. I got alot more talkative like shrooms, and became fascinated with things that weren't important at all.
