I am hooked on the movie WALL-E

I don't really pay attention to animated movies, but my boyfriend decided to play it on our comp from Netflix.

Now I am obsessed with it.

Actually, "obsessed" is a strong word. When I'm home alone. I''ll play it on Netflix.

It's a "feel good" movie and after a shite night at work, I want to watch something that will lift my spirits.

It took the place of Iron Giant for me.

I've had it for a few weeks, and can't bring myself to watch it.
I've made it about 10 minutes in and it seemed like a really sad flick. It's just him picking up trash, making friends with bugs, and being lonely.

I may give it another shot this weekend.

It's a sweet movie with some bittersweet moments.

Please give it a chance.

EDIT: I'm not into "cute" stuff. I scoffed when my BF loaded it on Netflix. I am a cynical. miserable bastard. Just give it a try.

totally agree. Wall-E is a fantastic film. It has everything in it that makes it a good movie, no matter what film snob Ron Bennington says.

I really liked this movie as well. I'm pretty sure thats how we will end up, fat lazy and stupid. Most of us are already there.

Love the movie. I own it and have probably watched it a few times since it's been available. It's just a great flick all around.

Even funnier? The short film in the extras called Burn-E. Hilarious.
