A question

Sometimes when I post I type it out, and go to post...but it says Im not logged in. But I am logged in. I so log in again and what i type isnt there and I re-type it, and again it says Im not logged in. Then I just give up!

I wish their was an option to stay logged in all the time. No one else uses my PC.

Sweet Pea if you're unactive on the board for over 10 minutes I think, it automatically logs you off. What I do sometimes when I write a long post, is I highlight it and copy it. Then I hit send, if it says I'm not logged in, I log in again then hit paste. It saves a lot of time retyping what you just wrote and trying to remember it too. Good luck Sweet Pea!

WWFallon- yea I know. I wish I could do the same thing.

Effme- thanks for your help. I tried doing the cut and paste thing, but it didnt work...thats why I just always re-typed it. I dunno maybe I was doing it wrong or something. I thought it was my computer or maybe there was a post length limit. Oh well I'll figure it out somehow.

Also make sure the computer you're using accepts cookies, or doesn't have that option turned off. I can't post from work because my work computer does not accept cookies.

Skidmark- how can I check to see about the cookies? I can post but if it is a long post or if I let the site sit for a little while. I think Effmeboobs was right.

If it's just from you sitting with the board up for a long time without posting, then yes, you're timing out. That's the probable cause of the problem, as EMB said.
