I was riding my bike during lunch today and was huffing and puffing and suddenly some type of bug flew right into my mouth, ricocheted off the back and down my throat! Will I died?

I was biking the other day, and when I got home to change I found a JuneBug had latched itself to my chest hair. It was pretty funny. I freaked out. My dogs and my Niece seemed to like it.

Eating a bug is a bicyclist's surest sign of Spring. I swear to Jebus I eat a bug every May.
Also, I am dead but don't know it, like in Sixth Sense. Good news is I don't have to wear a helmet anymore.

Was this bug somewhere between 5 to 8 inches long and shaped like a sausage?
'Cause that may not have been a bug.
