Who is the bigger asshole in this video?

I got into a discussion with some people about this. There's plenty of assholeness to go around here, but who is the biggest asshole?

Is it the vagina-wedgie picking ballerina and her crew who are making a spectacle of themselves in the middle of Times Square and then expect to have a degree of privacy in the middle of the fucking "Crossroads of the World"?

Is it the perverted camerman who is obviously within his rights to film but is zooming in a little close to the ass of a girl of questionable age?

Or, is it the secret-having Goober who apparently just injects himself into a situation he has no business in?

I don't see how anyone can blame the girl. It probably wasn't her idea to do any of it in the first place. It looked to me like the older lady might have been her mother. It was probably her that hired the still photographer to take photos of her daughter, without thinking about the reality of what could happen when you place your kid in such a public place for a modeling session. The guy with the video camera was probably StanUpshaw.

The funniest part is when the "ballerina" says "Im 17". On the same note, you can't be five feet away from a young lady with your camera trained on her ass and not expect to provoke a reaction, which is clearly what this guy wanted. The Westboro Baptists do nothing wrong either, but we all know they are assholes. It's a jackass-style stunt, but the goober is a big douche as well. If he really wanted to defend the young lady, just constantly stand in his way; don't touch him or his camera or you just give him what he wants. As far as the rest of the people, I can only fault them as much as I do any other passive Tom Green and Jackass victims for playing the part of the rube.

It was a public shoot, and seemingly a quick one at that and the guy filming would bother anyone with the shots he was obviously aiming to get. I see no problem with someone getting a few shots on a closed street and having an issue with some perv sadly getting off on it. How bad is your sex life/life overall for these people to take shots like that? The girl was probably getting a couple bucks for a shot or it's something for a portfolio to set her apart. Agreed. I can understand what the biker guy was trying to do but he should have left it up to the not one but TWO camera men who were taking photos. The video guy was obviously a perv and a disrespectful one at that ( I would have asked the old woman if she had anything to do with the photo shoot instead of mouthing off)

If the girl is underage, she shouldn't be wearing those shorts, let alone getting in those positions in those shorts in times square.
